Tap once, log the moment.
Start your shift, mark breaks, log significant events and end of shift with simple buttons. Panador keeps the running tally so you don’t have to mentally juggle times.
Panador helps you track shift timings, breaks and key events in one rainbow-bright web app – so you can focus on what matters and sort the admin later.
No downloads. No logins (yet).
Just open panador.co.uk, start the shift timer, and let Panador remember the details for you.
Panador is a browser-based tool designed around real ambulance shifts. It helps you keep track of when you started, when you stopped, when you actually got a break, and anything you want to remember later – all time-stamped and stored on your device.
Start your shift, mark breaks, log significant events and end of shift with simple buttons. Panador keeps the running tally so you don’t have to mentally juggle times.
Use it live during your shift or as a quick memory-jogger afterwards. Everything is laid out in a way that actually makes sense when you’re tired at 03:00.
Create short notes and reflections that you can copy into your CPD portfolio, supervision forms or wellbeing log without trying to reconstruct the whole shift from scratch.
Panador will keep growing, but here’s what it focuses on right now.
Log your planned and actual shift length, see how long you’ve been on the go, and keep an eye on overrun in real time.
Mark when you actually get a break (and when you don’t). Useful for your own records, and for spotting patterns over time.
Drop quick markers at key points in the shift – a tough job, a long wait, a near-miss – and add a short note when you get a moment.
Panador is NOT on the app store or play store as it runs as a web app. If your device has a modern browser, you’re in. Just go to panador.co.uk.
Panador is being built with privacy and security in mind. Data is kept minimal and on your device, the web app can not write back to Panador so you can stay focused on your own shift.
Keeping scraps of paper or notebooks? Panador logs its all so time sheets are easer. keep it all in once place. and if you need to export it to excel and then copy and paste into time sheets.
Panador comes from lived experience of long shifts, overruns, and “I’ll fill that log in later”. It’s here to make that a little bit easier.
Panador is still in active development and testing. Here’s how to use it today and help shape where it goes next.
Head to panador.co.uk on your phone, tablet or desktop. If you’re already here, you’re halfway there.
On most devices you can use “Add to Home Screen” from your browser menu. This gives you an icon for quick access and a more app-like feel.
When your shift starts, tap to begin the timer. Mark breaks and key events as you go, or use it afterwards to reconstruct the timeline.
You’re part of the experiment! Let us know what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d love to see next.
Panador is very much a work in progress. Your ideas, bug reports and rainbow-tinted wish-lists will help decide what gets built next.
Whether you’ve spotted a bug, have a feature idea, or just want to say “this bit actually helps” – we’d genuinely love to hear it.
Feedback form opens in a new tab. Perfect for filling in on station, on break or while pretending you only have three emails left to answer.
